Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policies
For all portrait sessions; a booking fee is required to book and hold the date/time for your session. This serves as a cancellation fee in the event of a 'no show' where the client does not inform Pixel Photos that they will not attend the session.
The booking fee can be credited towards a future session if Pixel Photos is notified more than 24 hours in advance. Simply go to your booking confirmation email, press the reschedule button and choose a new date for your photoshoot.
If Pixel Photos receives notification at least 48 hours before the session the booking fee can be credited towards a future session. Alternatively, Pixel Photos will reimburse your booking fee. Simply go to your booking confirmation email, press the cancellation button which will release your session time. Your booking fee will be credited to your account within two working weeks.
Please note that we do not grant any refund for purchased photos that have left the studio. Pixel Photos cannot be held responsible for any product damaged after leaving the studio. There are no returns owing to the personalised nature of the artwork.

We take appropriate steps to maintain our contact information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use. Our processors are bound by contract to do the same.
DATA RETENTION POLICY
Customer data including contact details and images from the customer’s photoshoot are held indefinitely from the date of booking the photoshoot session. The information is held, securely. Customers often come back, after many years, wanting images from their previous photoshoot. For this reason we may retain data and images indefinitely. Images are held digitally and we cannot guarantee that all images will be retained from the photoshoot due to the technical nature of the storage. Customers have the opportunity to unsubscribe, change their preferences or have all their data, including images, removed from the studio’s system at any time.
